Being one of the first Distillery's to construct our own fire-rated building as well as being the first farmstand distillery in Alberta proved to be a real challenge, but after a 6 month battle with building inspectors our amazing MLA (Todd Loewen) and our Minister stepped in to help us through the red tape. Thanks to them we finally opened our doors July 1, 2020 to the public after three years of hard work preparing our land, planting our orchard, learning the distilling business and construction.  We have a 1200 sq ft distilling area and a 1200 sq ft tasting room which features a market where you can sit with your family and have a handmade meat or fruit pie or pick up some house-made preserves
pickles, salsas, candy or fresh picked fruit.
